How billing works
You enable a number of stores, then assign them from the Locations page. Monthly cost = enabled stores × $9.90. Billing is handled by Shopify, and you can adjust your number of stores whenever you want.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Free plan time-limited?
No. It stays free, for one store.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You keep Pro if you continue, otherwise you go back to Free (one store).
Do I need the POS extension?
Yes, for the target and real-time display in store. It installs from the Shopify POS configurator.
Does it work with a single store?
Yes. The engine learns from a single store, that's the whole point of the Free plan.
What about a brand-new store with no history?
The tool falls back on what it has learned from your network, if you have several stores. And if you're truly starting from zero, it draws on our network of customers to propose a credible target.
